Dr.Vicki Waters is the founder of Rockin The Wife Life. She is an ordained minister of the Gospel and along with her husband, Dr. Ray Waters, are the founders of H.E.A.L.T.H. & W.E.A.L.T.H. (Husbands Enjoying and Loving Their Helper) & (Wives Enjoying and Loving Their Husband) Ministry.

Together, they host Marriage Moments via Facebook Live every Sunday morning at 8 a.m. est.
